Who I Am

I created this platform during a season of transition — a time that reminded me that life after 40 requires resilience, courage, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Many of us are juggling so much: family, careers, finances, grief, aging parents, health changes… all while trying to stay grounded in who we are and where we’re going.

I realised something essential:
Our Caribbean community needs safe spaces where we can breathe, reflect, and rise — without judgement and without pretending.
